Order that are £10.00 and under are charged a flat rate of £2.50 and will be posted 1st class signed for. Orders that are £10.01 and over will be sent free delivery, these order will be sent 2nd class signed for. In both cases this is based upon the item being in stock. You will be kept fully informed of stock issues at order stage - please ensure correct email is entered as this is the form of communication used.

Although we aim to deliver within 2 working days, Royal Mail stipulate they have within 10-14 working days to deliver your parcel (this is a matter that is out of our control).

If the manufacturer is out of stock we will email you with an expected delivery date where you will be able to -
